This is Hindi/Urdu, a language spoken in India and few other countries.
“TERE DIL MEIN MERE SANSOON KOO PANAH MIL JAEE MEANS, Tere ishq mein meri jaan fanaa ho jaye” is sort of a quote which is known as “Shayari” in the language. It means
“my breath gets a place in your heart, i’ll die in your love” . I know it sounds weird but trust me, it does sounds great in its orignal way.
